INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Please read the following instructions carefully for speedy publication of your manuscript. The TAJ editor reserves the right to return the manuscript if discovered that the manuscript is not prepared in accordance with the journal submission guidelines.
Publishing Ethics: Tatari Ali Academic Journal established its manuscript submission policies by adopting the following rules to avoid overlapping publications from other journals. Submission of manuscript in TAJ for publication implies;
i. That the manuscript has not been previously published elsewhere
ii. That it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere
iii. That it will not be submitted to other journals until rejected or withdrawn from this journal
iv. That submission of the manuscript was approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the authorities responsible where the work was carried out.
Plagiarism Policy:
The TAJ journal strongly condemns any form of unethical copying or plagiarism. Plagiarism is deemed to have taken place when substantial sections of a manuscript have been directly copied from previously published sources. Every manuscript submitted for publication in TAJ undergoes a thorough plagiarism check using iThenticate/Turnitin software, and only manuscripts with a maximum of 25% plagiarism will be eligible for publication.
Preparation of manuscript:
Manuscript should be prepared in English language. It must be clear and concise. All the manuscripts must comply with the journal instructions. Failure to do so will result in return of manuscript and delay in publication process. TAJ ensure quick review and publication process; therefore, authors’ cooperation is highly encouraged. Manuscript should be preferably prepared in MS Word for quick review and publication process. The journal MS-Word template can be found in the following link; https://tatarialijournal.com/archive.php
Article should be 1.5 line spaced.
A4 size paper with 1″ margin on each side
All pages must be numbered in the bottom page continuously.
Manuscript must be prepared in Time New Roman and font size 12.
The Title should be a brief phrase describing the contents of the paper. The Title Page should include the authors' full name and affiliations, the name of the corresponding author along with phone, fax and e-mail information. Present address of authors should appear as a footnote.
The Abstract should be informative and completely self-explanatory, briefly present the topic, state the scope of the experiments, indicate significant data, and point out major findings with conclusions. The abstract should be 100 to 250 words in length. Complete sentences, active verbs and the third person should be used. The abstract should be written in past tense. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. No literature should be cited.
Following the abstract, about 3 to 10 key words that will provide indexing references should be listed. A list of non-standard abbreviations should be added. In general, non-standard abbreviations should be used only when the full term is very long and used often. Each abbreviation should be spelt out and introduced in parentheses the first time it is used in the text. Only recommended SI units should be used. Authors should use the solidus presentation (mg/ml), Standard abbreviations (such as ATP and DNA) need not be defined.
The Introduction This section should provide information on importance of the problem and clear objective of the study. It must highlight the study problem background in the light of recent literature, research questions, and/or hypothesis to be tested for achieving the study objectives.
Materials and Methods Theoretical framework, study design, method of data collection and analysis, and the tools used should be stated in an explicit manner.
Results: Findings of the study including their numerical detail should be offered in either graphical or tabular forms, or both. In this section, results obtained should be presented.
Discussion: Detailed discussion of the study results should be produced in this section which will either be in agreements or contrast with relevant prior studies preferably with most recent works. The discussion section should be cogent reflecting the originality of the study findings.
Conclusions: conclusions should be brief and reflect the essence of the work.
References
In the text, a reference identified by means of an authors’ name should be followed by the date of the reference in parentheses. When there are more than two authors, only the first authors’ name should be mentioned, followed by ‘et al’. In the event that an author cited has had two or more works published during the same year, the reference, both in the text and in the reference list, should be identified by a lower case letter like ’a‘ and ’b‘ after the date to distinguish the works.
References should be listed at the end of the paper in alphabetical order. Articles in preparation or articles submitted for publication, unpublished observations, personal communications, etc. should not be included in the reference list.

REVIEW PROCESS
TAJ operates as a double-blind peer-reviewed journal. When a manuscript is submitted for publication, it first undergoes an evaluation by the Editorial Board. This initial assessment aims to gauge the impartiality, originality, rigor, and adherence to the acceptance criteria. Subsequently, articles meeting the Editors' approval will proceed to a double-blind peer review process. For an article to be considered for publication in the Tatari Ali Academic Journal, it must receive a positive decision from at least two reviewers.

article processing charges should be paid within 7 days of receiving the acceptance notification.
After a successful transaction (in case of bank) payment details (Transaction Receipt) should be forwarded to the journal editor-in-chief, or journal secretary via email; alhajiidris05@gmail.com for verification. Thereafter cash payment receipt will be issued. However, the manuscript will be rescheduled for next issue of journal if the payment is not confirmed by due date.
